- Open for all the members of the society.
- The option for changing the login password is provided only by the admin.
- Residents can access Society Documents shared publically by admin
- Members can access communication such as Announcement, Poll, Meeting related notification from their application
Notice
- Access to Admin only who can be a committee member, office bearer or a customised user.
- Such notices can be posted to all the members of the society and customised as well for eg. Only owner, only tenant, committee members, or a particular building in the society.
- Documents and images can be attached with notices
- User friendly, wherein the members can easily identify the Subject, Date, the name of the Admin who has uploaded the notice. The members can also view the attachment from the notice table.
- The right to edit/delete notices, lies only with the authorised member or admin.
Events
- Open for all the members of the society
- Events due on a certain day can be viewed by clicking on that date in the calendar
- Events can be added by any member of the society which can be viewed by all the other member of the society on the Calendar of the software
- Society members can easily identify the name of the member who has added the event along with the date and name of the event.
- Notification of a specific event after addition can even be sent to selected members of the society through the Mail notification option
- All the members of the society will get instant access to Events from the Residents Tab
Poll
- Open For all the members of the society
- Access to Admin only who can be a committee member, or a office bearer.
- Create polls with multiple options to be voted and Choose the set of eligible voters - all, only federal committee, only building A and so on
- Poll Option to restrict 1 vote per flat or 1 vote per person for every poll
- The scheduled polling date along with duration of the poll along with with the end date will be displayed in the active poll tab. Earlier poll details will be in the old poll data.
- Active Poll voting results visible to a member after he has voted and rated that poll with percentage and with the calculation of total votes
- Polls can only be deleted by the person who has created the Poll or the admin
- Option for sending Mail and SMS specifically to the Target Audience.
- Members get instant access to vote in Active polls from the Residents Tab.
Classified
- Open for all the members of the society
- Society Owners can reach out to the world when trying to Buy/sell their flats and Search for special offers/services or offering services
- Only the society members initiating the post with reference to 'Classified' have the rights to delete/edit any posts along with the Admin
- Search for offers from trusted network of other society owners
- The classifieds are displayed with Date and Price and Search can be initiated by Purpose and category
- All members will get instant access to Classified from My flat tab
Income Tracker
- Open for Admin only
- Income tracker supports the maintenance and periodic maintenance, by setting charges differently for different residential flat categories like 2BHK,3BHK,Penthouse flats.
- Invoice can be raised for various charges, for eg. Rent for Hall or Open space area, Transfer Premium, non-residents income etc
- Multiple Charges under different heads can be combined into one invoice and then raised
- Admin has the rights to add new Income Heads
- Amount Collected, can be easily posted along with generation of e-receipt which can be sent by email, simple text message or print.
- Payments made through cheques, reflect in the system, only after the payment is approved by the admin.
- Members can enter payments in the system OR admin can update the payments made on behalf of the members.
- Admin can either approve or reject a payment entered by the members.
- Facility to make advance and partial payments.
- Admin can provide discounts if members pay in Advance. Such discounts can either be a fixed amount or a percentage.
- Automation of calculation of interest on payment
- Receipts of deposits configured for all the members of the society and sent on mail as well.
- Reminders to make payments can be sent to defaulters on either mail or through SMS.
Expense Tracker
- Open for Admin only
- The option for selecting the mode of payment ie through Cash or Bank Account, available while paying for society expenses.
- Enter Bills provided by Suppliers, Track payments made against each bill, along with service tax paid and TDS deducted
- Integrated with Bank & Cash accounts - expenses seamlessly reflect in the bank or cash account statements - which helps easy reconciliation.
- Expense Reports can be printed on a single click
- Reports for deriving the outstanding dues payble to suppliers available
- Multiple invoices can be raised against suppliers.
Bank & Cash Book
- Open for Admin only
- Create and configure Bank Accounts and Cash accounts of society - current, fixed deposits, and cash accounts
- Seamlessly integrate with Income and Expense - all income and expenses posted, reflect against Bank Accounts or Cash book
- Track all members income, non-members income and expenses, against the bank and cash accounts
- Bank passbook shows total bank balance with Opening balance, Bank deposits and Bank withdrawals
- Cash book shows total cash in hand with Opening balance, cash deposits and cash withdrawals
- Check the society's Bank and Cash balance position with a single click
Auto Bill Generation
- Open for Admin only
- Bill generation made simple, and post generation the bill can be mailed to each flat of the society.
- Admin can configure billing period and due date
- Bill amount can get vary as per Area, 1 BHK,2BHK, 3BHK, Penthouse, Service apartments. The monthly charges can be set differently along with the addition of applicable taxes added to the bill.

Auto Penalty Calculation
- Open for Admin only
- Penalty calculation can be set up in case of payment after due date.
- Facility of setting up reminders in the form of SMS/emails to members for payments before due date.

Payment Reminders
- It is easy to schedule simple text /mails reminders and send it to all, Committee members, Group of members and only to one member of society for payment reminders
- Payment reminders can be set to sent on specific days before the payment due date ie either one day prior to the due date/three days prior to the due date etc.
- Maintain data of all members like Contact no, Email ID for purpose of sending reminders of payment before due date or after due date
Income Expenditure Report
- Income and Expense Report is useful for the calculation and Reporting of society Income and Expense Transactions
- Income and Expense report type is used to analyze the cash flows
All Bye-laws report
- All reports such as Balance sheet, General ledger, Income and Expenditure, Tenant, Nominee etc as per Government Bye-laws
Email / SMS Alert
- Open for all the members of the society
- Addition/Edition/Deletion rights rest with only the Admin and Committee Members only.
- Platform for displaying Rules/Procedure to all the members of the society
- This information can be accessed directly from the My Flat Tab
Payment Gateway
- Society Members can pay their maintenance dues online through the payment gateway provided by TJSBSociety
- Payments can be made via UPI, Netbanking, Credit Card / Debit Card
- No Transaction charges for UPI and Rupay cards
- Transaction charges Rs.20 for Netbanking, 0.55% for debit card and 1.95% for Credit Card are applicable
- Generation of E-receipt after payment and the dues shown against the member get cleared off
- Payment gets routed to associated bank directly within 24hrs
- Secure Payment Gateway tools for risk management and fraud detection to ensure your payment is safe and secure
Premium Support
- Open for all society Members
- Members of the society can raise Requests, Complaints, ask for Suggestions which can be addressed by the admin, committee member or office bearer
- Members can raise complaints related to their flats (personal complaints) or common areas (community complaints) of society
- Members easily identify Complaints name ,Date, Assign to Name and status of complaints
- Flat owners can track only the complaints added by them and the status. They cannot view complaints raised by other flat owners
- Only the Admin and office bearers have rights to assign the complaints thus raised to other members of the society to solve.
- On resolution the status of the complaints can be changed
- Members can add more comments to the complaint/suggestions
- A complaint can be deleted only by the member who has raised it.
- The facility of sending a mail and SMS to the member to whom the complaint has been assigned for resolution, is also available.
- All the members of the society will get access to 'Complaints' from the My Flat Tab.
Complaint Box
- Open for all the members of the society
- Members of the society can raise requests, file complaints, ask for suggestions related to their flats/society addressed to the admin, committee members or office bearers
- Members can raise complaints related to their flats (personal complaints) or common areas (community complaints) of the society
- Flat owners can track only the complaints added by them and the status. They cannot view complaints raised by other flat owners
- Only the Admin and office bearers have rights to assign the complaints thus raised to other members of the society to solve.
- Status change for complaints
- Members can add more comments to the complaint/suggestions
- A complaint can be deleted only by the member who has raised it.
- The facility of sending a mail and SMS to the member to whom the complaint has been assigned for resolution, is also available.
- All the members of the society will get access to 'Complaints' from the My Flat Tab.
Document Repository
- Open for all the members of the society
- Facility to store all uploaded files, reference documents, society documents in one place
- The society member can create folders to store their documents as well as create albums for photos in the document repository
- Access to the repository is at three different levels - Admin access, User Access and Access to Common Documents
- Common documents can be be uploaded by the members only at the User level
- The option for uploading/renaming/deleting of society documents in the common documents folder is available only with the Admin and Committee Members
- Admin documents can only be uploaded by the admin.
- All the members of the society will get access to 'User Documents' from the My Flat Tab.
User Managment
- This feature is open only for members with Admin rights
- This displays all user information reports like Tenant, Parking, Family and other Basic Information.
- Addition, approval, deactivation of resident accounts can be done only by the admin.
- This feature helps to manage the data of all the society members like Basic Info, Family Info, Tenant Info etc.
- Admin can customize the requirements of the user and give rights to specific users to add notices for meeting, polls and vendor updations.
- The addition/edition/deletion of Committee can be done only by the Admin
- Admin has the sole rights to activate the email for society members.
- Access to User Management given directly from Admin Tab
Member Contact List
- Open for all the members of the society
- All members can contribute to the list - only Admin can delete it
- An updated and online Contact list helps the new members of the society to settle down quickly
- This information can be accessed directly from the Residents Tab
Committee Member List
- Open for all the members of the society
- Maintain contacts of frequently used members who are Committee head, Committee member, Building Treasurer, Building Secretary , Building Chairman, Federal Treasurer, Federal Secretary, Federal Chairman, President, Vice President and so on
- Committee list display to everyone and add/edit/delete only by Admin
- Ability to search Committee by committee name in change committee
- Access Information directly from Residents Tab
Tenant Register
- This feature is open only for members with Admin rights
- Only the Admin can check the Tenant Report
- Tenant register shows Flat wise Tenant information like Tenant Name, Owner of flat, Flat no, Tenant permanent Address, Email ID, Date of joining society, Police Verification statusand Contact No.
- Tenant can only edit the information from the edit profile
- This information can be accessed directly from the Residents Tab
Parking Register
- This feature is open only for members with Admin rights
- The Parking Report of members can be checked only by the Admin
- This feature helps in maintain the parking information of all the members in the society -such as Owner name, Parking no, Vehicle no and Flat no for easy identification
- Easily identify flats having more vehicles than the parking lots they own
- Security supervisors can be given access to the Vehicle and Parking Lot directory
Rules and Procedures
- Open for all the members of the society
- The rights for the Addition/Edition/Deletion of rules lies with the Admin and Committee members only
- The various rules and processes of the Society can be viewed by all the members of the society
